Well, we’ve been waiting and working a long time to make it happen, but the new pool is finally ready! We’re very lucky and happy to be opening ‘La Piscina della Nonna’ – Grandma’s Pool – with huge support from my Mum (it’s her pool really but we can all use it yay!).
12m of cool infinity edged loveliness, with integrated children’s pool, this is the perfect place to cool off, swim some length, play and relax while enjoying the view. The main pool is around 140cm deep along the whole length, whilst the smaller section is just about 60cm deep. It’s shared between the guests and family with plenty of chairs and loungers to relax in, pool toys for the kids to play with, plastic glasses kept up there so you can enjoy a drink or two.
A couple of pool info/rules:
- The main pool is about 140cm deep – so please no diving. Jumping in is fine as long as everyone else around is happy with that!
- Please always accompany children at the pool
- Feel free to use the inflatables and toys
- Please use plastic glasses (there are some left in the chest of drawers) and ensure glass bottles are safe from falling over (just behind the low wall is good safe place)
- The pool is open from about 10am to 10pm
- The pool is about 80m up the lane from the apartments
- The water is filtered and cleaned by salt (apart from the first couple of weeks when we open it)
